A pretty website is little use if you don’t show up when someone in your area searches for what you offer. Local SEO is about getting your business to appear on Google and Google Maps, and making your website, your Google listing and your social profiles reinforce each other instead of pulling in different directions. I work it with a technical approach, not smoke and mirrors.
You don’t show up on Google Maps when people search for your service in your area.
Your site is slow on mobile and, even if they find you, it doesn’t turn the visit into a customer.
Your website, your Google listing and your social profiles all pull in different directions and don’t reinforce each other.
What you get
Presence in the local pack and on Google Maps for searches in your area.
A fast, mobile-friendly, indexable website built to convert.
Website + Google + social aligned: same message, each channel pushing to the next.
What I build
Google Business Profile optimisation (categories, services, photos, hours).
NAP consistency (name, address and phone) across website, listing, directories and social.
Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, LocalBusiness structured data and per-service or per-area pages.
Website ↔ Google ↔ social connection (links, aligned message) and a flow to ask for reviews.
How I work
Diagnosis: I review your Google listing, your website (speed, indexability) and your social presence.
I optimise the Google listing and tidy up your NAP everywhere.
I work the technical SEO and create per-service or per-area pages with real content.
I connect the channels and we measure visibility, calls and contacts to iterate.
When it makes sense
Your business depends on being found nearby (local or with a service area).
You have a website and social profiles, but they don’t bring customers or get you seen on Google Maps.
You want a technical base that makes you visible, not day-to-day social media management.
The experience behind it
Technical and local SEO is part of my web development (performance, structured data, per-area pages). Real example: the website for Scissortail Comfort Solutions, an HVAC services business in Oklahoma, USA.
What factors does Google use to rank in Maps and the local pack?
Relevance (how well your listing matches the search), distance (how close you are to the searcher) and prominence (reviews, mentions, links, activity). You can’t control distance, but you can work on relevance and prominence.
Do social networks help local SEO?
Indirectly: they generate brand searches, traffic to the website and reinforce your presence. I don’t manage the day-to-day of your social; what I do is connect it with your website and your listing so they work together and bring you customers.
Do I need a new website or can the one I have be improved?
Often the one you have can be improved: mobile performance, structured data, per-area pages and the Google listing. If the technical base can’t take any more, we discuss it honestly before rebuilding anything.
Does this fit your case?
Tell me the concrete problem —the process, the volume, what it costs you today— and I’ll tell you the most sensible path with judgement. No empty promises.
