AI chatbots that answer with what your company knows
A well-built chatbot isn’t a tree of buttons: it’s an assistant that understands the question, answers with your business’s real information and leaves the conversation on record. I train it on your content and integrate it into the website you already have.
Enquiries come in at any hour, and answering late means losing the customer.
Your team answers the same basic questions over and over.
The template chatbots you’ve tried get lost the moment someone steps off the script.
What you get
An instant answer to most common enquiries, 24/7.
Less repetitive load on your team, which focuses on what really needs a person.
Every conversation on record, with the context ready to follow up.
What I build
A chatbot trained on your services, reference pricing, FAQs and documentation (RAG).
Integration into your current website, in your brand’s tone of voice.
Contact-data capture and a clean hand-off to your inbox or CRM.
Guardrails so it doesn’t make things up: it answers with your information or hands off to a person.
How I work
I gather your real information (services, FAQs, documentation) and define what it should and shouldn’t answer.
I train the chatbot on that base and tune the tone to your brand.
I integrate it into your website and connect lead capture to your inbox or CRM.
I review real conversations and refine answers and hand-offs.
When it makes sense
You have a reasonable volume of repetitive questions with stable answers.
You want instant attention without growing the support team.
The process is bounded: inform, filter and capture, rather than execute complex actions.
The experience behind it
I’ve built chatbots in production integrated with OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs and RAG over real documentation, on top of 10+ years of full-stack engineering.
A template chatbot follows fixed rules and gets lost off-script. The one I build leans on a language model and your documentation (RAG), so it understands the question and answers with your information, not generic replies.
Can you stop it from making up answers?
Yes. It’s limited to answering with the information it was trained on and, when it doesn’t have it, it hands off to a person instead of improvising. That governance is part of the work.
When do I need an agent instead of a chatbot?
When beyond answering it needs to act: book, check real availability, log to the CRM or chain steps. That’s where an AI agent comes in. I explain it in detail in the linked guide below.
Does this fit your case?
Tell me the concrete problem —the process, the volume, what it costs you today— and I’ll tell you the most sensible path with judgement. No empty promises.
